About DMA
Background
DMA was founded in 1995 and developed custom software for small to mid-sized businesses and organizations.
In 2002, DMA made a full commitment to the research and development of its Veraterm Technology and other
enterprise business components. The company has extensive industry
knowledge and expertise pertaining to:
- Customer Relationship Management
- Order processing and Warehouse Management
- Integration and API architecture and development
- Application Development
- Workflow Automation
This background allows DMA to focus on the need
for improved user access to information, which is at the heart
of our mission.
Why Infusion?
Small businesses, including ours, need to take advantage of their ability to
continually reassess their direction and turn on a dime, sometimes. This was the
case with us - we found that our consulting engagements were beginning
to stray from our core competencies. We are excited about Infusion because of its
focus on a form of automation that is vital to small businesses and which overlaps
greatly with our interests and views of business growth.
Mission and Focus
Our mission is to help people actively grow their businesses by taking
advantage of information technology and automation.
We focus on improving the ability of small businesses to collaborate with
partners and to communicate with customers. We develop and support
intelligent software components for productivity and automation,
for the benefit of small businesses and their owners.
